Principal Message
It is a honour and privilege to be the Principal of Geeta Arya College of Education. College stands for excellence and continuously sets the highest standard. The college that is an alma mater. Working in this institution is a great experience for me. The importance of education in the life of individual can’t be overstated. It is said that if you are planting for year then sow rice, if you are planning for decades then sow plants and trees, if you are planning for life time educate people. Indeed, one can even say that the quality of education will determine the destiny of nation.
For me Education doesn’t mean providing answers. It means equipping the pupil for better future. We are preparing our students for herself and within herself. Education empowers pupil teacher to discover herself Who they are? For which purpose they have chosen teaching profession. By the Grace of God, they have been chosen as a teacher, they must understand duties as a guide. As a Teacher they have responsibility of each and every child because within every student there may be a Doctor, an Engineer, an Economist, a Social worker, an Author and a Poet. A Teacher supports them to channelize their resources. In college we are providing facility of psychology lab, teaching resource training centre and fabulous library. We have well qualified, trained staff. We are conscious that new challenges and horizons lie ahead but the vision and continuous inspiration of our Chairperson, drive us to tap deep reservoir of strength, resource of potential.
